With a diverse creative background ranging from professional photography to teaching art, what inspires me the most about painting is working with the human form which expresses so much of the individual’s journey and personality in life.

Painting is a passion that has spanned many years, running parallel with a varied creative career in the following areas:

• teaching art and design to both adults and children
• working as a book illustrator
• website and graphic design including animation
• embroidery design
• author of seven embroidery books, and contributor to a number of others
• professional photography
• packaging design for Amiya Natural Beauty
